About this policy

This policy applies to Mono Minimal Watch Face for Wear OS (package eu.asapps.monominimal), developed by asapps, based in Romania, in the European Union. Website visits and privacy enquiries are described separately below.

What the watch face does

The watch face shows a black background, large white time (hours:minutes, following the watch's 12/24-hour setting) and the date (short weekday, day of month, short month), in the watch's system font. Time and date come from the watch's own clock and are drawn on the watch by Wear OS.

Data we collect

None. The watch face uses Google's Watch Face Format, built with Watch Face Studio. It contains no app code, requests no Android permissions and has no complications.

It does not use the internet, location, sensors, health data, contacts, accounts or advertising IDs. It includes no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs and does not send personal data to us.

Data we share or sell

None. The watch face collects no personal data for us to share or sell.

Google Play and Wear OS

Google Play and Wear OS provide downloading, installation, updates, purchases (if applicable) and other platform services under their own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Play can provide the publisher with aggregated statistics, such as install counts and device or country breakdowns. These are provided by Google rather than collected by the watch face. Reviews you post on Google Play are public and may include your public profile information.

This website

Visiting this website is separate from using the watch face. The hosting server records standard technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, date and time, and browser information, in access logs for website operation and security. Logs are rotated and removed according to the server's retention settings.

These pages include no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embedded content, and do not set cookies. The watch face does not send these website request details to us.

Children

The watch face collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

The watch face does not send us personal data, so there is no watch-face data for us to access, correct or delete. Website access logs and any correspondence you send us are separate.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed for that.

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing. You can also complain to a data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP). Contact us using the address below to make a privacy request.
